A short, public-facing statement. Everything else lives behind the work itself.

Yugava is a private house. Three operators. Ten-year horizon. No outside capital, no outside clients, no public board.

We build software for ourselves and let the surplus escape. We treat intelligence as substrate, not feature. Distribution is a design problem, not a department.

What we do is best understood by what we refuse.

Not a manifesto. A set of operating positions, each one tested against several years of practice. Subject to revision. Not subject to compromise.

The first user of every system we ship is one of us. If we don't reach for it, no one will.

Distribution is the first sketch.
The channel is designed before the product. Code follows reach, not the other way around.

Language models are infrastructure. We don't ship "AI features." We ship things that happen to be alive.
